Authentic Polish Navy badge?

I was at an antique mall yesterday where I came across this badge. I was doubtful as to it’s originality because of the sloppy blue paint , behind the anchor, and the odd attachment bar on the back but it was cheap and I bought it. So now the burning question is is it real or a repro? Any input would be appreciated.
