Tony Leszczuk, as had some articles published and Tony was kind enough to post them on the Army Medal, his Father was Podporucznik Piotr Paweł Leszczuk and he was recorded giving a talk on his fathers war experiences, the link is below:

I have found the following description of the Book for you:
