F/L Elgin Scott Tunics

Hi,

Many years ago, I was fortunate enough to meet F/L Elgin Scott and acquire from him his Service Dress and Battledress tunics. I also have from him, his service cap, his visor cap, a nice PAF flag, his last Mustang control column grip, photographs of him, etc. Elgin past away in August of 2011 and I am still hoping to get his 315th and 317th Squadron pocket badges from his family and put them back them on his Service Dress tunic. Opinions are welcome.

We'd all be grateful to see pictures of the other surviving items you mentioned.

Hi,

Here are photos of Elgin Scott visor cap which is maker mark 'Bates of London', is overseas cap which is maker mark 'Woodrow of London'
and the PAF flag. All were obtained personally from him in the early 90's.

Hi Again,

I took the Pilot wings of Elgin Scott's tunics and would like to have opinions on them. The plain wreath is from is 4 pocket tunic and the green wreath is from is BD blouse. Like I said before, I acquired both of these tunics with the wings on from Elgin himself.
