Looking for information on Polish AF pay

I Apologize if this thread is not in the correct conversation, but I am having difficulties classifying my question. I am looking for information on current pay of Polish Air Force Officers. Specifically, I was wondering if pilots receive any additional "flight pay" like US pilots do? if they do receive extra pay for flight duties, is this something recent or have pilots always received this pay? Any assistance will be helpful. Thank You

Hi,
Current all Polish Army soldiers' pays consist of a few parts:
- main salary depending on position and rank,
- additional pay depending on period of service (+ 5 % after 5 years of service, + 10 % after 10 years, etc)

Some specialities have additional pays depending on service n hard conditions - for pilots, paratroopers, divers and scuba, submariners.
Every soldier on such a position has to flight proper number of flight hours, make proper number of para jumps, etc

Such an "advantages" exist for years (also during Communist period).
