3) Starszy Saper Leonard Perkowski, Born 1917, Army Number : 1917-80-III, Unit Dowodztwo Saperow 5KDP, Monte Cassino Cross Nr: 25732
4) Strzelec Rodzik Perkowski, Born 1922, Army Number : 1922-145-III, Unit 14 Baon Strzelec, 5KDP, Monte Cassino Cross Numbered : 16652
Por. Jan Perkowski Father's Name was Łukasz, Jan survived Kozielsk POW Camp sent to Griazowiec and finally joined the Anders Army at Tockoje on the 3rd September 1941.

Many thanks for your post the AB64 is the British Army's Soldiers Service and Pay Book, the 2nd Corps was under the Command of the British 8th Army in Italy.

Many thanks for your post with regards to the recipients of the Monte Cassino Cross Numbered : 25033 when awarded the recipients details were as follows:
Rank : Strzelec (Rifleman)
Surname: Sitarz
Christian Name : Wincenty
Fathers name : Jan
Date of Birth : 1916
Army Number (also found on His ID Tags) : 1916-287-III
Unit : 5BCKM
Wincenty Sitarz was either a pre war Regular or Reservist he was captured on the 20th September 1939 in Włodzimierz, nothing further could be found.
With reagrds to Porucznik Stanisław Szymański born 1909 I was able to find the following information when awarded the Monte Cassino Cross:
Rank : Porucznik
Surname : Szymański
Christian Name : Stanisław
Date of Birth : 1909
Army Number : (also found on His ID Tags) : 1909-468-III
Monte Cassino Cross Numbered : 1869
Unit : Dowodztwa Oddz. Zaop.i Transp. 3DSK and by the end of the war he was serving with 13 Kompanii Zaopatrywania, 3DSK.
