Rank : Ulan

Surname : KUCHCICKI

Christian Name : Karol

Date of Birth : 1919

Army Number : (also found on His ID Tags) : 1919-152-III

Unit : Pułk Ułanów Karpackich ( Carpathian Lancers Regiment)

By the end of the war he had been promoted to Starszy Ulan (Lance Corporal) with the BKZzM.

That was all I was able to find for you.

Surname : BARTKIEWICZ

Christian Name : Wincenty

Fathers Name : Wincenty

Date of Birth : 1913

Army Number : (also found on His ID Tags) : 1913-237-III

Unit : 9 Pułk Artylerii Ciężkiej (9th Heavy Artillery Regiment)

Wincenty was either a pre war Regular or Reservist captured by the soviets in Zdołbunów on the 17th September 1939, he joined the Anders Army at Tockoje on the 2nd September 1941.

Mittra that was all the information I was able to find for you on this recipient.

Grave of Podporucznik Jerzy Luks, born in Lwów on the 17th March 1915, he was killed in a Motorcycle accident on the 28th January 1946 and was buried in the Polish War Cemetery in Bologna.

Hello Everyone

Lieutenant-starszy ułan ABRAMOWICZ Stefan Mustafa died on 9 April at the age 103.
He was one of Anders soldiers.After the war he could not return to his homeland.
In July 2016,he was awarded the Officer's Cross of the Order of the Rebirt of Poland-Polonia Restituta
by the President of Poland DUDA Andrzej for outstanding achievements for the defense of his country
and for his great demeanor.
