Two thumbs up from this corner too Mariusz!!
The burned edges are a brilliant touch. Very effective!
Cheers,
Tony

It is nice to see a set of MCC, a spatially from 2nd med. cor. 3DSK
Here’s a Monte Cassino set with an unusual twist. Acquired recently as part of a larger group of items to this soldier of the 5th Kresowa Heavy Machine Gun Battalion, this set contains a replacement award document marked "Duplikat" issued in 1948. Most of the Monte Cassino crosses were issued in early 1945, so at some time in the following three years this soldier’s document was lost and he requested a replacement.
Regards,
Tony
