Exclamation Monte Cassino cross - Wojciech71 - REQUEST FOR HELP żołnierz: Boleslaw Galik

Witam i pozdrawiam wszystkich kolekcjonerów i miłośników historii! Pozdrawiam.

Hello and greetings to all collectors and history lovers! I wanted to tell you a story. This year in May I was at the Monte Cassino anniversary celebration. In my tour group I met many cool people who, like me, came to Monte Cassino to pay tribute to all soldiers fighting there. Among them was the older couple Ela and Wiesław from the vicinity of Skierniewice. They told me the story of their platoon grandfather GALIK BOLESLAW, who fought in the 15th Wilno Rifle Battalion, who was at Monte Cassino, received the Monte Cassino cross No. 17132, survived the war, in 1947 he returned to Poland, died in 1972 year. The decorations after him were lost from the family home in 2000, only letters from camps and small souvenirs remained. When I returned to Poland from Italy I looked into my notebook, in which I write interesting auctions of souvenirs from soldiers and then I noticed from the souvenirs of their grandfather they were divided and sold on 08/02/2015 on the allegro. When I called them and told them about this fact, they were very moved and angry that they did not know it. Therefore, I am looking for contact with collectors' colleagues who have the initials on the Polish 'Allegro': p.y, B.r, s.i and other colleagues who bought and have souvenirs from the platoon GALIK BOLESLAW. We would like to buy them or exchange them for other souvenirs. In my collection I have several Monte Cassino crosses and ID cards from soldiers of P.S.Z. I would also like to say that Mr. Wiesław and granddaughter Ela wrote in 2018 a wonderful book about their grandfather "8 YEARS OF WOJENNEJ TULACZKA", and now Mr. Wiesław is preparing to write a second book in the form of an album from the anniversary trip to Monte Cassino. Therefore, it would be nice if this book could include original souvenirs - ID cards from Galik Bolesław and add a happy ending from family souvenirs returned to the family. I am from Poland, if one of my colleagues has souvenirs of GALIK BOLESLAW from the 15th Battalion of shooters ,, Wilków '' contact request on my mail: wojtek.monte-cassino44@wp.eu or message on the forum. We will surely reach an agreement. COLLECTORS COLLECTORS HELP. Greetings.
