Hello Andrzej,
Thank you for the previous answer. I have one more kind request. Could you provide the information regarding the 2nd Corps soldier named Leon Wallerand (born July 18, 1921 in Nowy Klincz, died September 27, 2011 in Gdańsk), after the war Polish handball coach.
Leon Wallerand, post war photo.
During the Italian Campaign he was the Commander of the Sherman tank (?). In August 1944 his unit was withdrawn from further hostilities and taken back to Egypt to organize a new armoured unit. After some time he was again transferred to Italy and directed to the Central Sports Center of the 2nd Corps in Sulmona where he underwent instructor training. Next he was transferred to the 3 Pułk Ułanów Śląskich where he organized handball and football teams. There were also friendly matches between individual military units of the 2nd Corps and soldiers from the English army.
Thank you in advance,
Konrad

Hello there everyone!
According to the Felipe post #4183 think I have found the way how is it possible to find his wife's grandfather photo (Feliks Wiciak, b. in 1907).
This is the link(please click) for the Argentinian database of emigrants.
Name_Surename_Age_Civil status_Nationality_Place of birth_Profession_ Date of arrival_Ship name_Port of departure
WICIAK_FELIKS_40_C_POLACA_KOSTENIC_PANADERO(Baker in English)_1947/10/15_EMPIRE LANCE_GENOVA(Italy)
That information also can be used by the Argentinian citizens
for request of Naturalization records(please click) of the emigrant. It is absolutely fo free and I know one man from
Argentina, Who can able to help in this case.
The Naturalization certificate looks like this:
