    Hello Kevin

Thank you very much for checking the available information about strz. Józef Paluszkiewicz. His MCC was located in Poznań for many years, perhaps he lived there and was buried there.

By the way, I would like to share information about another soldier, ppor. Franciszek Zieliński from 35KW, MCC number 46886, army number: 1913-164-III, date of birth: March 22, 1913, father's name: Marcin. The cross was identified in posts #4281-4283.

I found his burial place: WARSAW, Cmentarz Komunalny Północny, plot: W-XV-2 Row: 9 Grave: 2. The inscription on the COMANDOS monument is interesting. This may indicate that after the Battle of Monte Casino he served in the Polish 2nd Commando Company.
