Many thanks for your post the Medal pamiatkowy na 25-lecie bitwy pod Monte Cassino (Commemorative Medal of the 25th Anniversary of the Battle of Monte Cassino. Designed in London in 1969 by Jerzy Nowiak, information from Medals and Badges Book by Marian J Brzezicki, published in 1979 by the Polish Institute and Sikorski Museum.
