I do not remember featuring this Eagle / Emblem before.
Although not directly connected with Polish Free Forces - it is a nice testimony to the civilian patriotism of Poles on exile in the UK. I do not know precise details re National Fund, having said that I have seen it mentioned a number of times in various written sources re Polish community in UK. I understand, a similar Fund was established in the USA and, also, a similar Emblem was distributed.
Finally, as far as I know - there was a special Medal to reflect the involvement / donations (in 3 colours / grades)

I have been trying for some time now to find some quality pictures of this Eagle being used. Eagle was in use in parts of Polish Foreign Office / Staff of the Diplomatic Cor - before ww2.
