    This is an interesting and rare Eagle. In terms of origin etc - it is understood and confirmed via photos that this variant was likely produced in Germany in / around 45 - used by 1 AD stationed there and Polish "DPs" and Guards with US Army

    crown - has been cut off - possibly, fellow has had come back PL under communists
