It appears to be one of the "London" versions, which had the crudest details. Although I cannot give you absolute assurance of authenticity of this one. Let's hope someone else chimes in.

I would deem it false.
Not 100% sure! But to me it looks like a fake. I agree that "London" had real bad quality, materials and details, but this is just too crude for me.
