Hey Alex, that will be a long shot as these private purchase buckle have no maker mark, although they did leave some traits ie; prongs etc; but it would be pure speculation, IMO... G

I found several such police buckles on the net, but the manufacturer was not mentioned anywhere.
Maybe someone knows some new info.

I have an identical Fire Police and a few others with the circle on the reverse. Never been able to figure out the maker. The important thing is it is original.

With the pebbled rear and prongs you could make a guess at Assmann but again it would be an educated guess
