C.T.D. Water protection aluminum EM buckle.... real?
Hey, guys. I am being offered this buckle,a picker friend of mine in New England found it. I believe it is legit and looks text book correct imo. The price is $125 ....... which seems a little high for condition.... thanks for all the help in advance!

I would wait for a nicer example. The collectors guild recently sold a very nice CTD Water/Traffic Police with a wide leather tab for $199. If you want the buckle show the picker the one on the Guild. I would knock off $50 for no tab and at least 50% for the bad of condition. That would be $75 and that still seems high. I would say $50-60.
