That is a stunner. Sorry it got away.
I think it was actually a Traffic Police buckle as the WSP didn't have brown belts (as far as I'm aware). The brown belt was especially noticeable on the Verkehrspolizei Summer tunic.
Just out of interest, where was it being sold?
Edit - Although I just saw a brown belt and gold buckle being sold by Wittman as Water Police. So apologies if I am wrong.

A pleasant find and excellent condition for steel, which is rare. Have you moved on to collecting police buckle?
