Looks they were in a big rush, cutting the belt off pulled the catch out as well, sorry but cannot make the markings out

An interesting buckle. The vet probably didn't want to carry around the whole belt . I have a Heer tropical with about an inch of web tab around the prong bar. It was a gift from a vet buddy of my dad. He didn't remember cutting it off but he said he probably did.
