It is a private purchase Fire Police buckle.

Thank you gentlemen. I tend to stay away from private purchase items, do the buckle collectors frown upon private purchase buckles? Just curious.

Nothing wrong with private purchase items. A lot of daggers were private purchese. Waffenrocks weren't issues. Most dress items were purchased.
