I agree with both Ben and Rob that this a perfectly fine, private purchase or walking out SchuPo buckle.

As Ben has suggested, a strong possibility that it is Assmann made due to the slight crimping on the claws. Interesting to note the fractionally "short" length of the pin shroud.
