Looks like a Julius Mauer, Oberstein (M4/57), looks original.. wait for others. G

There are several examples/threads of Julius Mauer, Oberstein Police buckles. The back of the buckle is rather rough, but the maker stamp looks OK. See Fake Police buckles thread. Not sure if the leather tab has been added. Fakes of this JMO buckle do exist.
