great buckle.
Hello,
what a wonderful thread! Here a few more Bahnschutz-buckles from different time periods:
First a Prussian buckle before 1918.
Next should be one from the 1920ies.
Followed by a rare one from „Deutsche Reichsbahn Gesellschaft“ (original). Even though not Bahnschutz it might be shown here.
The other two are known from the 1920ies/ early 1930ies.
Next is an aluminium one with only short lived „Assmann“ catch. Next to it an aluminium buckle fieldgrey painted.
These are followed by golden buckles for Waterway-Bahnschutz from brass and steel – both Assmann.
The last ones are from nickle- one from Assmann, the other one from an other manufacturer.
Also shown are two „generals“ from aluminium and brass.
Last but not least a brocade and a few officer belts with different buckles (aluminium silver, aluminium fieldgrey (heavily worn and only traces left) and nickel.
Hope You enjoy!
Best regards, Thomas
