Postschutz buckle in poor condition. Is it worth it ?

I didn’t see a single Postschutz at the SOS show last week. Might have been a few but international buyer seem to be buying lots of buckles. The detail on the eagle looks good. It might clean up with a little soap and water. If the price is decent it might be worth picking up.
