I like it. Gwar would be able to likely decipher who maker E & N is.

Nice RAD buckle. The maker stamp is B&N for Berg & Nolte, Lüdenscheid. 37 is the year 1937. Here is a thread with my 1938 example and Gwar's 1937 example.
