Fire/Police or Wehrmacht with odd finish?
Note thick black paint on M40 doesn’t look original?

in that condition they are not rare so just pick one.

The Feuerwehr/Polizei helm has the better surface condition, I would keep that one.

Just to confuse the issue,I'd pick the Wehrmacht one....

But that's mainly because I have no interest in Fire/Polie,and I'd also go for the remains of the interior fittings. But as Schwrpunkt rightly says, condition of both is poor so IMO it's down to personal preference rather than scarcity/value.
