Maybe I was developing obsessive-compulsive disorder.

The coat of Uk SLR bayonet scabbard confused me.
I belived it is Oxide coating(Copper blackening,or Steel Bluish?) before I got an unissued one.
    About the coat of scabbard

It seems to be refurbished and painted by hand carelessly.

So may I strip the coat with blastsand and make it better.
By painting or Copper blackening solution?
I want to use a more official method.

Thank very much for any suggestion.

Apologies, I do not quite understand the inquiry here. But I have owned a fair few SLR bayonets (most are Australian) and some appeared to have been field 'blackened' roughly, maybe to ensure no metal parts are shining at night operations?
