Hi guys,wanted /needed some help as i dont want to mess this badge up as its neet and i love it..the left wing looks like it has something on it skin of some sort?thats the real only bad spot the rest is pretty solid it looks like it is gold plated around the reath ?the maker is p.meybauer berlin ?thanks guys

Personally, I would just leave it alone.

I don't think there will be any more serious deterioration to it
because it is no longer in the ground.....

Thanks guys, as i will leave it as is the badge is pretty solid the missing pin and the left wing is the only real bad part as i could never afford a perfect one unless i got it at an astate sale..
