Thats no my medal it was more of an example i would love it to look clean like that and not almost black

Sorry thats there not the best pictures but my cameras broken and i had to use my webcam
Maybe i can borrow my friends or get mine fixed but until then here it is

Sometimes the look of the bronze/brass better to leave in the condition as is, due of after cleaning it lose the green patina and recieve craters. 5-7 % Nitric acid anyway a good method.

I would also leave it as it is!
But human salive, helps.It will also take long, but it is cheap! (no joke!!)

I couldnt help touching it :S
But i acually got great results and it looks as good in that picture!
I first mixed vinager and some salt i put it in for 1 min or less to get all the hard to clean dirt out and the rest i got a q-tip dipped it in tooth paste and scrubbed rinsed and now its perfect!
