I've got two pieces, one the ultra rare "Verschlußstopfen " or plug

Top Turret plate and inside Cannister seal on it's way to me.
Very, very rare, the "Verschlußstopfen" is almost nigh on impossible to find.
The armoured seal is Cannister shaped, and the plug stops rain entering the tank.
It needs some TLC.. well, a lot of TLC..

Here are the two parts acquired so far..
Top Turret plate and the ultra rare "Verschlußstopfen" plug..
Both have been sent off for cleaning, derusting and restoration if possible (?).
Never thought I would get my hands on the "Verschlußstopfen" plug
Restoration has begun..
Possibly numbers have emerged (??)
Can you see them?
Coming along nicely..
Now painted, although not too sure on the actual colour for the inner cannister.
RAL 8000 yellow brown is the colour.
