Renaissance Metal De-corroder: How To Use?

Hi, all. I just recently got some vulpex liquid/spirit soap and renaissance metal-decorroder. I know the vulpex should be diluted 1 part vulpex to about 6-7 parts water, but what about the de-corroder? I haven't been able to find instructions on how diluted or not the solution should be. Right now I have a cheap, rusted tinnie soaking in just a tiny bit mixed in some warm (about 70 deg. F) Any help would be great!

For whwoever's interested, here's a before and after of the tinnie after a 12 hour soak in the metal de-corroder solution and light brushing with a soft toothbrush. Pretty nice difference in my view
