Nice buckle IMO, the feet of the catch are reminiscent of R.S.S. (Richard Sieper & Sohn, Ludenscheid) wait for other opinions though, G

I would agree with G, original buckle and prob an unmarked Seiper buckle, ears have been battered a bit so prob cause some confusion
