Static SA belt and buckle opinions?

Hi there,

I have recently started collecting SA items and have been looking for a static SA buckle. I was wondering what opinions this piece generates from you? I have a Peter Nash book on route but unfortunately will not have it in time if I wish to purchase this example.

Do we think the buckle is an original piece and original to the belt? Secondly, is the asking price of $190 reasonable? I always try my luck with negotiating but would be good to know the ballpark value.
