The tip was nipped off. yet its still a Partial Rohm and the history is all there.

I'm wondering if the tip got broke when it was dropped or slammed down on something when the scabbard ball got smashed.
Dale they broke the tip off to dishonour the dagger.
Who broke the tip off? The Americans or Germans?
