Do not jump the gun to write off this dagger guys so fast guys,
maybe its not in the best conditioned blade & the grip fit at the bottom crossguard is a bit off but i have a good feeling about it,
Larry whats your thoughts on the RZM etch ?

Never seen a car as a photo studio
Found another RZM M7/1/38 on WAF : SA Dagger Carlos Kramer Inscription - Wehrmacht-Awards.com Militaria Forums
Scott my major concerns with these 3 SA daggers are the fact that they all have the same type of wear on the blades, but when you look at the dedication of the etch its way darker and untouched inspite of the rest of the blade, for me a typical post war dedication.
You might be right i jumped the conclusion, looking at a same type of blade with an not typical kind of rzm mark, you are probably right that this one stands a change.
The dagger shown in this post should be a M7/1 Gebrüder Christians, Christianswerk, Solingen
I agree that some research would not do any harm.
Thanks Scott for keeping me sharp

Ger ignore the dedication on the dagger i posted from WAF, its the RZM etch that i was meaning to show to be the same variation as the dagger posted for opinions, see if you can find more to compare on the net as they are pretty hard to find with this RZM etch variation., could be ok ?
Cheers Mac 66.
Yes Scott it even could be ok, i have seen it on a few onces, need to see more of them to compare the gripshape and the runesbutton to call it a batch
Ger
I still believe it's an aged put together...but, either way, I would not want it in my collection...
