Welcome to the forum,
It looks like an original early August Bickel SA dagger to me.
Ralph.
Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
What's supposed to be fake about it?

"Much that once was, is lost. For none now live who remember it."
So you think it's real?
I'm not seeing any red flags.

Okay, thank you!
Oh, and i was also wondering if you knew what the two letters on the top of the handel stood for?
SA - 'Sturm Abteilung'.........
What made you think this was a fake ?

Steve.

I like this early type daggers, its a pity that its not been properly taken care off... fingerprints acid can ruin blades....protect them with Ren-Wax, or whipe them off after use, or use gloves to protect the chrome for the acid of your fingers, you dont want the proof of the Offender on your blade...
Cheers Ger
btw turn the scabbard around before you put in the dagger, it looks much better, ask Ade
