Default German WW2 dagger (Poor pics sorry)

    Hello all...

I apologize for the photos... it’s all I could get from the older gentleman. I’m way out of my element on these daggers.

I feel this is a later model dagger due to the chrome plated metal on the fittings? The seller wants to sell and pass it onto somebody else. I don’t know the history of how he obtained it but is asking $550.00. He’s gone from $1200.00 to $875.00...

Any advice would be appreciated... thanks

Looks to be decent SA dagger of the late production 1939-1942.
Blade of this one is not the best but not the worst, it has still dark motto.

It would be nice to see back of this blade, so can know who is manufacturer.

Be happy that you didn‘t bought it.
For a few dollars more you can buy better pieces.
