One of the rarer producers ...which the gruppe mark is correct ...Im curious of whats going on around the grip eagle ...IMO it appears that at one time ..as seen on the upper left eagle wing that it might of been pried out and replaced with another period eagle...there is a ton of stress..on the lower left side of the eagle as well and also may have been refinished and restained...the grip eagle itself appears to be very over polished down as well.
The grip eagle does fit in quite well but still doesnt mean anything.
Just my observations from the photos provided.

Is there a scabbard?
If so.... is it a black one?
The grip shows blackening on the lower parts, and SA members who switched to the NSKK in the early days sometime died not only the scabbard but also the grip black.

Dear Gerrit, Sorry for the late reply.
The scabbards middle part covered altered by the owner with something (like snake leather), so i am not sure of its color.
