SA Dienstdolch, advice needed
Gentlemen,
I would like to bid on this SA Dienstdolch made by CD SCHAAF SOLIGNE (RZM M7/56), it seems to have the owner name on the reverse of the blade.
I have never seen any dagger like this (but I am novice in this matter)
What do you think of this one ?

It's good late SA. About the owner name I cannot say it is period or not, however I haven't see so much RZM SA's with engraved blade
Difficult to determine if that name was applied during the period or recently. The photo does not enlarge thus a determination on authenticity can not be established.
The blade image is washed out.

Nice original late RZM dagger in lovely condition.
Personally i have no problem with the engraved personalisation on the blade.
It doesnt have any full dedication nor designed to any well known Gruppe or Person, so that speaks in favor.
It doesnt bring a significant price upgrade to the dagger, so it very well could be period, i like it, its done with a real jewelers engraving tool and not by a dremel
