Decent late SA by Arthur Schüttelhofer & Co. Looks like somebody try to pick out that grip eagle, but stop to do it.
I would not be worry about that motto. As RZM daggers come late period, those was made more cheaper, so those do not have same details than early ones.

    ok thank You,i'am calm now
one more question,on the blade are visible somwhere the surface scratches, propably from scabbard or some cleaning
is there some way to eliminate them without destructing the blade?

Not really Michal ...but you can use a little simichrome to clean up the blade that will remove topical dirt and some other debris.
Scabbard runner marks will not be removed. They are already set into the steel.

If you use simicrome, dont overdo it!
This blade has, although the "cleaning" scratches are visisble still the crossgrain on a lot of places.
always follow the grain when you clean a blade, NEVER buff it along the blade, if you use simicrome along the blade you will destroy the crossgrain whats still there.
