One of the more senior members can correct me if I'm wrong, but from my amateur observation the fit of the grip to the crossguards (the large gap, especially at the top crossguard) is a telltale sign the grip doesn't belong to this dagger. Also, it looks to me like that eagle is nickel silver, as one would expect on an early SA dagger. RZM daggers should have an aluminum eagle.
I also like to use this document for reference (I know it's about SS daggers but I think a lot of the more general things about the spotting tampering is relevant to SA daggers too):

Solovei is correct in his observation as the grip is early. The grip was added to this dagger recently and shows no signs of condition complimenting the guards.
RZM daggers are plentiful and very inexpensive and IMO wait for greater example to surface.
