I agree, about the "investor collectors" they have truly ruined it for the rest of us. Too bad so sad.

Interesting piece you have there. Might wonder about "German Kit Adrain"? Sounds like a story to be told some time.

nice daggers guys,,,,
Nice looking blades.
I hope you dont mind adding one more here. This one is mine. The wood grip has a little chip and a few dents, but the rest is in pretty decent shape. They did a beautiful job at the factory removing the inscription.
Hi Tony, my nick name from Nige's Dad came about due to there was another Adrian within our group of friends in the Military vehicle club. He collected American stuff Still does.
Hi Andrew, that is a nice example, thanks for showing it.
Cheers, Ade.
Hi,
this is my NSKK dagger, also marked Carl EICKHORN
it is a transitional dagger with either RMZ and maker marker..I bought this in South Africa.
I'm sorry if someone of the new member felt hurt because I posted my dagger here in this thread also if it is NOT a ground Rohm..
My intention was only to show a different type of Eickhorn mark and the quality of the inscription of this maker, as we talked about this in the previous posts!!
Davide
no one is hurt lol. i just tried to be friendly thinking you might not understand the thread was on fully ground Rohm's. i was nothing but nice in my msg to you. perhaps a seperate thread on makers marks would be good.
Nice dagger Adrian, I want an SA dagger next.
