Hi Keith, can you post pictures of the dagger the more and closer the better. From there we can judge who makes it , it's finish, etc... etc... All these things equates it's value.

Tyrone...Here are some pics...Tell me what you guys think? Thanks, Keith
Hi Keith, sorry but this is worthless. The blade is a fake.
Note the position of the makers mark. It should be right up against the crossguard to allow for the correct placement of the dedication inscription. I suspect this is a fake blade made by Rex Reddick.
Here is a ground Rohm dagger from my collection which will show you how it should look.
Cheers, Ade.
Ades correct , heres my ground rohm by eickhorn
wonder how many of these fakes were made?
Rohm dedication dagger require a lot of caution. Fakes go from outright newly made daggers, to fake blades put into otherwise original items, through to new fake acid etched inscriptions added to what were once good original blades.
Rohm daggers were only made be certain makers. Study, as always, is the key.
Cheers, Ade.
Thanks guys! That fake one is currently up for sale on soldusa.com The desciption says it's very rare......To add insult to injury the auction house adds a 13% buyers premium.......I could just imagine buying that pos and finding out later is was a fake....not a good day!
Just checked on that dagger....its up to 1,950 USD
Good eyes Ade, the inexperience buyer who will win it will one day have a rude awakening when an experienced eye catches it and tells him it's fake.
regards, Ty
