what should be the price today

hi fellas

i am placing this one for sale a nice sa ex rohm dagger
can some one please help me with a value indication
scabbard has a brown black [nskk] look as many from that period
blade and crossgaurds doesnt have space between them so there is not messed whit scabbard fits nice also

sa gruppe franken stamp in lower crossgaurd

i thinks that is shrinkage becuase if you see the top crossgaurd it fits fine or the pic above that one
shows no shrinkage at all

but what you said about cheap we all want the prices from the 70s even better are the prices from 1939. can buy yourself a nice lid for 12 reichsmark

I am a bit out of touch on currents prices, maybe around £300? But I am happy to give the dagger my blessing! Looks fine.

It's an honest one. As usual someone has screwed the top nut down too hard, and split the handle, but it's not bad at all. Scabbard anodising worn off a bit, as for price? well, it depends on how much you paid for it. You see I never go by market value, I go by what i have to pay for an item. People say to me "you'll be able to get xxx amount for that" but if i got cheap i sell cheap!

The most I would pay for it, as an SA dagger, coz a ground Rhome is a ground dagger..................450 UK

Yes that sounds about right, but you shouldn't go with Tom's prices, he can command very high prices, and i doubt if the handle on his is split. If you do a search you'll come up with a few being sold for about £550-575

I said £450 is what i would pay

well be happy you didnt bet because i have mailed him 2 days ago
for the price of the armband

i didnt know he wants to stop collecting and only start collecting third reich daggers

the price for the armband was i belief 745 euro
