I finally made it back out last weekend. Seached a freshly plowed field...Only good find I had was this French Beret Badge.

Did you digit up in Germany?
This is surely a Beret badge from a Compagnie de commandement et de transmissions(T for transmission...) from the Enginner corp.
Not so common find anyway!

Yes I dug it in Germany. Close to Herforst, Spicher, and Spangdahlem. Thanks for the information.
