Hello, I hate to give You bad news but this badge is a Polish Pre-War Cavalry badge for the 9th Regiment of Mounted Rifles.

In the Legitymacja for War medal it gives his rank as wachmistrz. (cavalry).

One problem with that grouping already: the F-S knife. And anyone can correct me if I am wrong: F-S knife in this group is stamped "England" both the scabbard and the knife. F-S knifes stamped...
