    Hi James. It could be that it has a second series crown pad ( being fingered) fitted onto a first series cradle, I have a few like this myself.

    Guy's ,This F1 is 3e Régiment étranger d'infanterie.( 3rd Foreign Infantry Regiment), The regiment is stationed in French Guiana.
