There seem to be more appearing in Europe from house clearances etc as opposed to the floods of late M56/74 (sad but we as collectors benefit from these) but the price is not going down rather...

Yep, much better! Looks like it's un-issued or "kammer-neue". The stamps usually from top to bottom indicate size (roman numeral), month (single Arabic numeral) and year (double Arabic numeral) yours...
