Hello Romszaak...the dress bayonet is authentic and the producer is not as common and very collectable for the type collector.
The etch is a different story as these authentic dress bayos which are very affordable are ruined by post war etches.
Moderator Anderson can comment further on the etch ...but the bayo itself is good.

Rare maker if not a distributor, nice bayo! I can't say nothing about the etch, hope it is legit

This etch could be delivered or was registered by R.Klaas on that piece when is ok, the Hack Werke could be only finisher or distributor of that piece.
Found another Hack Werke Steyr with the same etching on ESPENLAUB Militaria
Etching could be good but I have little experience with etching, figured i'd throw this in.
I like the manufacturer by itself in anycase! I dont see Hack Werke as often.

The frog should be inspized as when there are rivets the frog could be service one for a S84/98 bayonet.Maybe blackened on surface?
Thank you Sir Mordecai for the information. Nice to see another one with the same edge. I hope an edge expert can tell me more about it. But the blade alone is a good piece.
