Hi Jason, it is a private purchase parade bayonet.
A soldier could op to buy one of these for wear when "walking out". This is a deluxe version with stag horn grips and etched blade.
The dedication is the usual "In memory of my service time".
"AA 13" was his unit: Aufklärungs-Abteilung 13. (Recconaisance Unit 13) Some info here:

To me it appears original: but these are hghly faked and are a study in their own right.
