Is it original? Threads? Condition? I can't identify the manufacturer, only the 1940's.

yes is Otto Stieff Karlsbad. Is original. A frog for the police. No Wehrmacht equipment.

the police frogs have the grain side of the leather on the outside. They are often made without a year and are of better quality.
Police frog are painted black, brown or white.
